Deposit & Booking Policy

To secure a session at London Retreat, a non-refundable deposit is typically required at the time of booking. This policy confirms our mutual commitment and allows Me to reserve the time and space exclusively for your experience.

1. Deposit Requirements

The specific deposit amount will be communicated during our initial discussion and will be deducted from the total session fee. A session is not considered confirmed until your deposit is received in full.

– For standard bookings, a minimum deposit is required.

– For extended sessions or dungeon hire, I may request a higher deposit and more notice, due to third-party venue reservations and logistics.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session under the following conditions:

– If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.

– If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.

– You must reschedule within 6 weeks of the original booking. Failing to do so will result in the permanent loss of your deposit.

– In the rare event that I need to reschedule, your deposit will remain valid and transferable.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

3. Client Responsibility

You are expected to arrive on time, clean, and in a respectful frame of mind. If you are late, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately, I reserve the right to cancel or cut short your session without refund.

You must also:
