Deposit & Booking Policy

To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of the booking. This ensures mutual commitment and allows me to reserve the time and space exclusively for you.

The deposit amount will be communicated during our initial discussion and is deducted from the total session fee. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

For dungeon bookings or extended sessions, advance notice and a higher deposit may be required due to third-party venue reservations.

–  Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a new date with sufficient notice.

–  Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fee being charged.
